Who am I?

                                                                

Hello, y'all! My name is Alma and I am so glad y'all are here, I hope you guys are ready for me to talk or actually write your heads off lol. If y'all know me personally y'all know I can talk about anything and everything! You can give me any topic and I will find a way to turn it into an extensive conversation. To be quite honest this blog might include Catholic topics, gossip, storytimes, or just anything that occurs in my life.  

I guess I am so lame for just giving y'all a name and no actual background of myself lol. I am 22 years old, born and raised in Houston Texas, and just recently graduated college. I attended the University of St. Thomas and attained my Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and my Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance simultaneously. My time at St. Thomas was honestly amazing and I will forever take a piece of everything I learned at UST and hold it close to my heart. 

Fast forward to post-grad I am currently working for the 4th largest bank in Houston. Kind of surreal to actually type that out. The corporate world is not as bad as they make it seem, I guess it would all depend on the company/organization you work for and the culture within the place. I was blessed enough to land a job with a great organization in which the culture is not cutthroat. From the very beginning, everyone was very welcoming and extremely nice as well as helpful. 

I would always joke around about starting a vlog but the closest I am getting to that is a blog lol. This is my new hobby and hopefully, I can stick to it hahaha. Ever since sports in my adolescent life I have not had a hobby I actually invest my time in and keeps me entertained. But with that being said, stay tuned for future blogs.
